So often when I talk to people about Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy they ask me why understanding their thinking will help as
it won’t change any of the
things that are making them feel so rough. But the thing is, as Paul says,
changing the way we think really can transform our minds. And it is something
that research shows again and again.
